Everything to install Consorm, manage consent and integrate your tools, from the first script to exporting the records.

Account

Workspaces and teams

How workspaces work, the Owner, Administrator, Editor and Viewer roles, and how to invite colleagues or clients.

Consorm organizes accounts into workspaces: a workspace groups sites, members and a plan. On your first sign-in (with a Google account), your workspace is created automatically; you can rename it in Settings → General. The same account can belong to several workspaces and switch between them through the navigation bar selector.

Roles and their permissions

RolePermissions
OwnerEverything, including billing and the plan. The workspace creator's role; it cannot be reassigned from the interface.
AdministratorFull management of the workspace, members, sites and installations, except billing.
EditorEditing of sites and their banners; read access to the installation.
ViewerRead-only: analytics, records, configuration.

Inviting a member into the workspace

  1. 1Open Settings → Members.
  2. 2Enter the person's email and choose their role (Editor is proposed by default).
  3. 3The person receives an invitation email; the link has them sign in with Google, then adds them to the workspace.
  4. 4Until the invitation is accepted, it appears under Pending invitations, from where you can revoke it. An expired invitation is simply resent.

Granting access to a single site

To open access to one site without exposing the whole workspace (a client, a freelancer), use the site's own Members section. The invitation works the same way, with three site-level roles: Administrator, Editor or Viewer. Workspace administrators and editors already have access to all its sites; the per-site invitation exists precisely to grant only that site.

Agencies

It is the typical agency setup: your clients in a workspace you administer, each client invited as a Viewer or Editor on their own site only. See the Agencies and partners page.

Plan limits

The number of sites and members depends on the workspace's plan: 1 site and 1 user on Discovery, 5 sites and 3 users on Growth, custom on Enterprise. When the site limit is reached, adding a site leads you to the plans page. Billing (plan, PDF invoices, contact details) is managed in Settings → Billing, reserved for the Owner.
